The Merch Shop is an exclusive collection of swag created for our sg team members. Only active employees at sweetgreen will have access to these items, which are priced at a markdown from standard retail price.
You may purchase as much as you'd like for yourself, but keep in mind that shipping is calculated based on order weight.
In order to ensure there's enough swag to go around for all of our employees, we ask that you do not purchase Merch Shop items as gifts for your friends and family. We may look to re-evaulate this in the future.
The items on this site have already been discounted from their retail price to offer employees the benefit of purchasing at a markdown. Any additional discounts may be tied to anniversary milestones and ad-hoc rewards.
For any discounts issued ad hoc with monetary value assigned, please note if the order value is greater than the discount value, you will be charged for the remaining balance, including tax and shipping, on that balance.
Once you are signed into the Merch Shop through https://team.sweetgreen.com/, go back to the email you received to access your gift item.
Shipping
Keep an eye out for your order 5-7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Most orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and shipping destination. Shipments within the US are shipped via USPS.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation in 1-2 business days after placing your order, please reach out to our customer support team.

Payments & Discounts
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay.
All discount codes are one use per designated employee and may only be used toward the applicable item(s) designated in the discount code terms. For all discounts with a dollar amount value, if the order value is greater than the discount value, you will be charged for the remaining balance, including tax and shipping on that balance. For all discounts with a dollar amount value, if the order value is less than the discount value, you will lose the remaining value of the discount.
Unless otherwise stated, all discount codes have an expiration date, which will be included in the code terms specific to that discount.

Refunds, Returns + Exchanges
